Our roots trace back to the Bama people of Bulgan Warra, part of the greater Kuku-Yalanji country in Far North Queensland, as well as the Kamilaroi and Wiradjuri nations of New South Wales. These ancestral ties shape the values, principles and resilience that guide everything we do.
Founded by a team with over 40 years of combined experience across civil construction, project delivery, and community engagement, Naylor Civil was established to close the gap — delivering professional services alongside real economic opportunity for communities across Australia.
We specialise in civil construction, project controls, concreting, drainage, roads, rural fencing and the supply of environmentally responsible PPE, lubricants and industrial consumables to construction, infrastructure and government industries.

Meet Jamie Naylor
Jamie is a proud Bama man of Bulgan Warra with over 15 years in civil construction, spanning procurement, delivery and workforce leadership. Growing up across Cape York and drawing from his heritage and the wisdom of Elders, Jamie has led teams on multi-million dollar projects across Queensland and beyond.
Guided by his cultural heritage and a commitment to hard work, Jamie now leads Naylor Civil with a focus on empowerment, capability building, and respectful project delivery across regional Australia.
